Leave it to the bot.

Bots with names, jobs and a browser in the cloud, working in the tools your company already uses. AraraHQ runs on ten of them, and the operation is open just below.

bots is opening gradually, by invite. Leave your e‑mail and we'll let you know when it's your turn.

A day at AraraHQ.

The bots that run the company, on an ordinary morning. Each one has a conversation with you, a browser and the passwords we handed over through the vault. When they ask for your OK, the buttons work.

Lastrotax and legal

Invoices for everyone who paid yesterday.

Pink paper bot with a rounded head, round eyes and ears, next to a mug and a laptop open on a form.
Lastro, tax and legal. 8:30 AM.

Lastro opens AbacatePay, sees who paid yesterday and fills in each tax invoice on the city hall site. Before issuing them, it asks for your OK.

  1. You

@Lastro, issue the tax invoices for everyone who paid yesterday on AbacatePay.

  2. Lastro

Filled them all in on the city hall site. Check with me before I issue them?

Cofre, finance. 9:00 AM.

Cofre signs into Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudflare and GitHub, downloads the invoices and checks them against the budget. When AWS asks for the code on your phone, it calls you, and closes its eyes while you type.

  1. You

@Cofre, download October's invoices and check them against the budget.

Google Cloud, Cloudflare and GitHub are done. AWS asked for the code on your phone.

Atlasbackend

The new API error.

Purple paper bot with tall eyes in front of a monitor with log lines and red errors.
Atlas, backend. 10:12 AM.

Atlas reads the new errors in the Google Cloud logs, reproduces them on the preview and opens the GitHub issue with a screenshot and the steps. Its screen shows up live in the chat, and one click on Take over puts the browser in your hands.

  1. You

@Atlas, check the new API errors and open an issue for the real ones.

Inside AraraHQ.

This is AraraHQ's operation: the Chief of Staff, the channels and a conversation with each bot. Open the rooms, approve what they ask for and write to them.

Model, steps, machine time and cost. Signing into a portal with the vault password and reading the page cost $0.00046 in our October 23 test.

  • A cheap brain, your way.

A task that worked becomes a routine: it runs on schedule with no AI, and the receipt says $0.00.

The sites in these examples are the ones AraraHQ uses: AbacatePay, the city hall, Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub, Meta, Instagram and Figma. The bot uses any site that opens in a browser, with or without an API.

Your password never reaches the AI.

When a site asks for a password or a code, the bot stops and calls you. You type it in the bot's browser, and the bot looks the other way.

  • You type, the vault keeps it.

The password goes into the site's field and into your workspace's encrypted vault. Next time, the bot signs in on its own.

  • To the AI, it's a nickname.

The model only sees {{vault:aws}}. The value never shows up in the chat, the logs or the receipt.

  • Nothing goes out without you.

Sending, issuing, deleting and publishing wait for your approval. Paying, the bot doesn't do.

Before you put the bots to work.

Is this really AraraHQ?

Yes. The bots on this page are the ones that work at AraraHQ, with the names and jobs they have there. The conversations show a day of their work, with amounts and customer names hidden.

How do I get in?

Through the waitlist: leave your e‑mail on this page. bots is opening gradually, by invite, and we'll let you know when it's your turn. If you already have access, sign in as usual.

Can the AI see my passwords?

No. When a site asks for a password or a code, the bot stops and calls you. You click Take over and type it in the bot's browser; it goes into the field and into your workspace's encrypted vault. The model only sees a nickname, like {{vault:aws}}.

Can the bot pay for things or send messages as me?

Pay, no: the bot downloads, checks and tells you. Sending, issuing, deleting and publishing wait for your approval in the chat, with everything in front of you. No answer means no.

Does it work on sites without an API?

That's why it uses a browser: cloud consoles, government sites, vendor dashboards, any site you open. When a site asks for something only you have, like the code on your phone, the bot calls you to take over.

What about sites that sign in with the company's Google account?

The first time, the bot asks you to take over and sign in. Its browser keeps the session, the same way yours does.

How much does it cost?

Every task shows on its receipt what it spent on AI, before you ask for the next one. On the default model, signing into a portal with the vault password and reading the page cost $0.00046 in our October 23 test.

Which AI is it?

Open, inexpensive models, picked per task. The bot starts on DeepSeek V4 Flash and only moves to a pricier model when the one below fails. Claude only comes in with your permission, or through your own account if you connect it.

Where does my data live?

On your workspace's computer, on a server in São Paulo, Brazil. Each workspace has its own: passwords stay in the encrypted vault and the files the bots download go to the workspace library.

Does it speak Portuguese too?

Yes. The app and the bots speak English and Portuguese, and each person in the workspace uses their own language.
